My cat got spayed there a few months ago and she was in immense pain after the surgery. Now, she just went into heat again and needs to have another surgery done to properly spay her.
Thanks to the wonderful staff at Lake Animal hospital for getting Bandit in on Tuesday without an appointment. They saved his life. He was diagnosed with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. He spent all day at the clinic on Tuesday and a big portion of Wednesday with them.
I have been going there for several years now the vets are amazing everyone of them are so caring and so genuine. However when you are Greeted not so much. On more than one occasion Jackie has been very short and rude and when you have a sick animal this is very intimidating as you feel bad enough as it is. I will continue to go there because I love the Veterinarians! However I feel that the first person you encounter should be more pleasant! Maybe she has just been doing this too long.
I have a 18 month old English bulldog. Took him here about 6 times. Everytime I asked about his breathing they told me ”hes just a bulldog.” Took him to another vet and in 30 seconds found out he was born with a collapsed right nostril and needing some of his uvula removed (both pretty common things for bulldogs). My dog was breathing out of ONE nostril for 18 months because this vet decided to either not pay attention to my concern or didn't know what they were looking at. The phone line has been busy. We were told to wait in parking lot, but cannot get through on phone lines.
I love this place. The vets are great. They have never tacked on a bunch of extra tests or trumped up charges and have even gone out of their way to save me money. They’re busy so patience is a virtue but I find it so worth the wait.
I've been going there for 20 yrs and have always been very pleased. Their vets are very compassionate and caring. I recommend Dr. Kally. She's very thorough. 5 stars!!
