Twice now I have been quoted the wrong price! The manager acts like it's no big deal, and simply says, "sorry." Not, "how can I make this better?" I will not return. If you cannot be forthcoming about the cost of your services, that's not a place I wish to give my business nor do I want you to take care of my precious dogs! Educate your staff on what they should be quoting for services!
We have been going to Lake Animal Hospital for years. Our pet family members have always been very well cared by them. With the many years, we have had different phases of their lives from start to finish that they have been involved with and always were very caring and concerned with excellent care.
