The staff and veterinarians are the best. Their love of animals is obvious and the prices are very reasonable.
I got a call while I was at work telling me my dog Bo had a very swollen leg and could barely stand much less walk. I didn't have an appointment but they were kind enough to work me in. After they gave Bo a shot of antibiotics and the pill antibiotics I got her home and within a few days she way much better. a week later and she's running around again. Thank you all very much for your help
Lake Animal Hospital is the best facility in Painesville. We have taking our pets there for many years and have never had an issue with anyone. The office staff is always friendly but sometimes stressed due to the amount of people coming through the office doors. The veterinarians are always very professional but so caring and concerned about your pet. They are so supportive and their expertise shows in all that they do. A special thank you is sent to Dr. P. These people have provided expert care for my animals for decades.
the front office staff was rude to my Wife when she was attempting to check in, and apparently getting one of the Doctors to give a call back when dealing with a sick animal is too much to ask.
