I could not be happier with the customer service and care I received here! Nick was knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy! He helped me from start to finish and never made me feel pressured. I had a great experience there...took a long time due to the finance guy and his stories...but the sales guy Mike Fera was great. Very nice, kind, no pressure sales, made me very comfortable and he seems to be just a very genuine person. I got a 2018 Crosstrek with all the bells and whistles and I love it! Buying my Impreza was a great experience. My salesperson, Kathy Chapman, is always very helpful and she spent a lot of time explaining all the new features to me. Jorden did a great job walking me through all the extended warranty options. I bought my last car at Dwyer and this time was at least as good.
They were OK. We had to sit and wait for a long time (over a half hour) for the only guy who could finish our sale. Kind of disappointing.
We have leased many Suburu"s from this dealership dating back to when it was Dwyer. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had leasing a car. I had been in 2 previous times asking about a new lease price. Both times the price was too high. It took my husband to come in with me the 3rd time to make the deal happen. I was made to feel small, and disrespected. The manager was to blame for this. My salesperson did a poor job of explaining the few changes between model years when I came to pick up the car.
