I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I was searching for my first brand new car purchase and Jarrod helped make it as smooth as possible. I had a 24 hour test drive and when they received my new Outback, there was a small hiccup which caused me to not be able to sign for it that day. It turned into a 4 day test drive which I was not expecting. Everything they did was above and beyond. I'm so glad I went out of my way to go to LaFontaine!
They were quick to apologize and make up for my experience with a VERY LONG oil change the last time. The customer service was great this time around.
My experience with LaFontaine while buying a new WRX STi was somewhat mixed. The good stuff - price and the fact that they gave me a loaner for a week between when I sold my previous car and when the STi was arriving. They absolutely didn't have to do that, and it was extremely nice of them. The bad stuff - I wish they made it clear that the car was being driven and not shipped during the exchange with another dealer. Picking up a new STi with 200+ miles on the odometer was not fun, and it even had a couple of cosmetic blemi... read more

People and service are great, they definitely do the little things to make your visit nice. My sales guy and the sales intern were very helpful and treated us well, nothing high pressured about my visit.
Just bought used Toyota sienna , after 10 minutes only start problem with check engine light, return back to the service not really seriousl to fix the issue, after 3 days back and forth to them , asking my $990 to fix the issue. Or In best they can do share the cost with my . You sold the car and you know there's a problem in it ( cheating) no one can trust you anymore.
