RecommendedTake my car in for a recall of the air bag switch. The service was top notch, they gave me a loaner to go back to my work place, and got my car back in 3 hours.
They could not identify a bad caliper and bad struts. Would not recommend them.
Terrible costumer service with rude and sarcastic sales reps!!! Horrible dealership. Considering my family, in the past 5 years have purchased nine Subaru’s and truly love the brand, we were so disappointed in this dealership. We waited in the entry way while different people ignored us, and were finally helped by a rude gentleman who made sarcastic remarks, and then upon receiving a follow-up call, became extremely rude, and made completely inappropriate comments. Will not return.
I' ve been going to LaFontaine for oil changes/tire rotations on my 2017 Outback and have been very happy with the service. Work is always completed in a reasonable amount of time by techs who know Subie's inside and out. As an added bonus, the cost of a full synthetic oil change is actually beats the competition!
Hello Everyone, I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul. The lady name Lisa was awesome!!! Service was great. Give her a raise. This dealership was far. But the great service is worth the trip. Go see Lisa, for great service. Tell her, "O" sent you. Much Love Mr. Eaton.
