would not do business with them.... they are con artists.... I would suggest the Southfield Glassman if interested in a subaru edit- while I can not advise enough to not shop at the dealership if you do shop at la fontain please ask for Matt.... was very courteous ...I brought my daughter and her friend... he made them hot chocolate and made accomodations for them

I thought my car was going to make it through the winter, but unfortunately, I got a rude awakening right before Christmas and had to get a new vehicle. Greg and Robert were incredibly helpful navigating me through the process and answering all my questions. Greg has also followed up multiple times to make sure everything with the car is okay. I would definitely recommend those two as well as this dealership as a whole. They are beyond professional and definitely went the extra mile for me!
Can't believe i came all the way there to look at the ford silver used 2009 escape that you'll were advertising but saw rust on the car that you'll didn't even post or show, also the tire rodes are rusted. i care for my father that's a disabled veteran , i needed a truck to fit a wheel for him. i posted pictures under your new post. i know it's used but you'll didn't advertise the rust or photo it, that's not professional or trustworthy.

Very disappointing experience. Misaligned expectations and unfulfilled commitments. Very disappointing that the decision to not follow thru on their promises was made by the general manager. How can you trust the sales and service people when the leadership lacks integrity?
My experience at LaFontaine Subaru was the absolute best service I’ve ever had when buying a car. I got the best deal in the car that I wanted in a Subaru cross trek. He was very willing to work with me as I had come from the Jackson area on the recommendation of a friend. Everything was perfect he was polite and informative not pushy and on top of that he actually brought my car to me in Jackson. There was no pressure. I would certainly recommend Greg and the dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a Subaru !
