I had to reschedule my oil change appointment three times. Each time the service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The LaFontaine Subaru advisor, Lance Dillon, attended to all of my car's needs, even erradicating the white marks on the back seat by carefully removing them one at a time inside the black dots with a paper clip. He gave me an estimate of 45 minutes for completion and the car was done in 30 minutes, including wash, dry and interior cleaning. Lance was very professional and friendly. Stopped in to look at a used car, everything was going good with original salesperson Justin, then the Used car sales manager (Andrew) gets involved. He is the prototypical used car slimeball, that will say anything to close the deal. Worst car buying experience by far out of all the vehicles I have purchased.
I would like to thank Jenny Headley at service for making me have the best day at LaFontaine Subaru. She has been an exceptional and remarkable employee for as long as I've known her. She had no problem getting me a loaner vehicle as I had to go to work as my Impreza was being serviced. (Unlike the last time I was at LaFontaine when the guy taking care of me could not even remember my name and did not want to give me a loaner!)
I was a loyal customer of Dwyer Subaru; they really came through for me when I needed them. After LaFontaine took over the dealership, I had concerns about having to start fresh with a new company... but my worries were unfounded. The LaFontaine team treated me just as well as Dwyer did, and as it turned out, they ended up coming through for me when I needed them too. Sales, service and parts have all given me exceptional service, and I will remain a loyal customer.
Ordered my car, it came in quicker than expected and everything was smooth.
