We are almost about to buy Subaru Outback and Joshua was the most reasonable soft spoken sales guy until his sales manager Andrew Guizar stepped in and ruined the whole deal. He is the worst sales manager and I feel sorry for Josh. I feel he should be shown the door and put Josh in his place.
We decided that we needed an AWD vehicle due to the unpredictable Michigan weather. We wanted to check out pre-owned Subarus, so went to LaFontaine where my wife and I were greeted by Jeremy who was very responsive to our needs. I wanted to compare a Subaru to a Honda AWD, but instead of having to make a trip to the Honda dealership, Jeremy got us a used CR-V to test drive for the very next day. I think its funny that the only people that said this dealership is 5☆ is people that work there. Everyone is so stuck up there. Never ever buy a car from this place. They treat there employees and clients like poop.
