I've been leading a Subaru for the past 2 years. I started when it was Dwyer, and they were great. Can't say anything like this now for LaFontaine. Numerous times I've been in for my scheduled maintenance plan, awful customer service, service department advisors try to charge me for service, and now another lack of communication to the customer and having someone get cut in front of me for my appointment. Waiting now for 1:40 for just a oil change. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here and if you do, drive the extra miles... read more
Dawson Barcey was a pleasure to work with in buying our new car! It could not have been made any easier for us. Showed me everything on the vehicle and even had me test off-road driving. He found the car we wanted, got it in 5 days before expected, and had everything ready for us to pick up. Thrilled with our new Suburu Outback and our experience at LaFontaine.
