I have never ever had a bad experience here! I gave birth to my son there as well and everything was PERFECT the staff and drs were so amazing and made our stay there so much more enjoyable! I also had to bring my son (now 4 months old) to the pediatric ER there for some issues that were unknown and they were amazing with him and myself as well because I was a hot mess emotionally, the drs and rn's took care of us and we ended up having a 7 day stay there with my baby and we had the BEST care from nurses and pediatric drs as... read more
ER is the greatest I have been there three different times within the last 3 months for myself and have always received great and appreciated help.
I was taken back as soon as I stated my problem. Awesome nurses throughout the day and night. CNA's ,respiratory therapists,housekeeping and nutrition all very kind and caring.
I was admitted last Saturday to the 10th floor. I had the best group of Nurses n CNA's ever. They were so sweet n helpful. I would definitely come back and would hope it would hope I am on 10th floor if necessary. Love these people.

Laf. General is the very best hospital in all of Louisiana. Dr's. are great & the nurses are super. I highly recommend the hospital to anyone needing a hospital stay.
The staff is friendly, helpful and very understanding. The doctors talk to you like a person and don't throw in all those medical terminology and they explain everything. The staff of the 4th floor was amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
