Up to yesterday's service experience, things have gone great with the service experience. It seems as if everything was just mis-firing yesterday... First I arrived for my appointment at 7AM, waiting in the "new & improved" service line, advanced my car as the techs moved the cars...only to have them write up 2 people behind me instead of taking them in order of arrival. so it took almost an hour all-in to check-in for my appointment. After having an airbag replaced which required removing the center console. Tech did not fasten the center console back in place. Because there is a missing plastic part that the parts department wants to charge me $5 for (and had to be special ordered too!?) Service Advisor Jessica needs a weeks notice because the technicians must inspect the center console and determine that yes they did not screw the console back in. BRICE THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS GREAT!!! HOWEVER THEIR MECHANICS NOT SO GREAT I GUESS......GOT A CAR FROM THEM 3 WEEKS AGO.....THE CAR WAS IN THEIR SHOP TWO TIMES ALREADY WITH TPMS ISSUE....LAST TIME IT WAS THERE FOR A FULL WEEK....A FEW DAYS LATER THE TPMS LIGHT GOES OFF AGAIN.....
I walked into this place just to look and start getting an idea for what kind of car I wanted, prices, etc. Little did I know that upon walking in I would be introduced to a wonderful lady named Yara! From the start Yara was very attentive to my needs. She specializes on the Subaru side of the spectrum, specifically the Subaru Outback (she is a genius!) Extremely positive dealing with Ladin from day one - sales person Yara, the internet manager, the finance dept and service dept on a separate day. Level of professionalism is exceptional. Also a family owned establishment for over 40 years. I do not live in Thousand Oaks but I do intend taking my car to Ladin for service in the future
Best service I ever got from an auto repair service. The service rep kept me informed about the repairs on my car after an accident. He called me rather than waiting for me to call him. Will always take my car here for any maintenance.
