This is my 4th Suburu! I love ❤️ it. I've owned 3 Foresters and this time decided on the Legacy. We were in a car accident and our Forester was totaled. We were taken to the hospital and because of the integrity of the car 🚗 and the air bags , we walked away with one bruised leg ( on me, the driver), one sprained wrist ( on daughter, backseat) and no injuries ( on paraplegic husband in passenger seat). Horrible service. Sent a unrepaired car out without checking it full of kids. Whole carLocked up with no control steering or brakes. You guys need to make that situation right.
They told me it was illegal to put down a deposit on a vehicle... What can I say the BS only went on from there. Whatever happened to an honest car dealership. I certainly don't feel that this a good place to buy a car.
The service was great. I like the new service set up. I waited and had a chance to talk to my sales person Ed Papac and talk about my next future purchase. A great place for sales and service!
In January I purchase a 2016 crosstrek with 1600 miles on it from another Subaru dealer..when it came time For me to get an oil change the next month I chose ladder and Subaru to do the work even though I had a free oil change in Ventura where I purchased the car. When it came time To pay I was told don't worry about it it's was free... cool so I left. Today I received a call from the service department about my car that I had brought In . Had a great experience at Ladin Hyundai Subaru yesterday! We worked with Tim who was very professional and personable. We came home with a brand new 2017 WRX. The whole team was great to work with and the sales experience was totally painless. We never felt pressured! 10/10 would buy from again!
