Our salesman, Bill Erhgood was fantastic he was extremely knowledgeable and honest with no high pressure or hard sell. From the initial showroom visit, to the day we picked up our new Jeep, he was wonderful. Helpful with all the questions and inquiries we had, showed us all the ins and outs of our new car before we left the lot. We would highly recommend Bill and Ladd Hanford!!!

Great customer service. From the beginning when I initially filled out the pre-application online to speaking with Gary about financing, my car buying experience was easy and enjoyable. My Vehicle Consultant, Scott, made every step of the car buying process smooth and even took the time to explain all the options in my new Jeep. He was very helpful and personable and I am very happy with my experience with Ladd-Hanford.
We were in for servicing of my Ram 1500 and was greet really quick. We were there for state inspection and asked them to look at another problem while were there. I didn’t have to make another appointment for this, it was done all at the same appointment. Nice job Ladd Hanford. Highly recommend them.
