If you are looking to upgrade your vehicle, go see Ben Winters. Ben is young and still learning the business but is very knowledgeable as well. He was able to answer most every question I had. When he couldn’t, he found the answer and was very prompt in getting me a reply. The entire staff is very friendly and you will not feel pressured. Just bought my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited yesterday. I was very impressed with my salesman, Scott Keith! Not only did Scott search far and wide for the specific vehicle I wanted and found it in Maryland but he also had it delivered within 1 day. Scott sat with me in the car and went over EVERY detail of the vehicle and took his time with any questions that I had. I can't say enough about this experience except to tell you if you are looking for a Jeep, go see Scott at Ladd Hanford in Lebanon!!!!!

Our experience at Ladd-Hanford was good. Our Salesman, Rob Mogetz was very helpful. He answered our questions and helped us to decide that the Mazda CX-5 was the vehicle for us.
Cody and Gary were both tremendously accommodating and kind throughout the time I spent with them purchasing a Jeep. After my insurance could not be updated due to office closure, they set up a time to have my license plate personally delivered to me over an hour away at my work the following week. This team went above and beyond to be sure I got the Jeep I wanted and made it possible to drive home that Jeep the same day!
