I would DEFINITELY recommend Ladd-Hanford. They were willing to help me get a great deal on my New 2020 Jeep Cherokee. I had my first oil change and the Service Manager went out of his way to assist me with any questions or concerns I had about my Jeep. On a scale from 1-10. They are DEFINITELY a 10!

my oil change prepays the expiration date came and I still had one left and in spite of that they went through and did the oil change and tire rotation instead of me having to lose that money that was paid out in good faith previously I wasn't aware of the expiration date but they still work with me anyway

Great Customer service. From the beginning when I initially filled out the pre-application online to speaking with Gary about financing, my car buying experience was easy and enjoyable. My Vehicle Consultant, Ben, Helpful with all the questions and inquiries we had, showed us all the ins and outs of our new car before we left the lot. I recently bought my second Jeep Cherokee at Ladd Hanford‘s and was so impressed by the ease of selecting, financing and taking possession that I would recommend them to everyone. Living out of the area, Bill ( our salesman) and Gary ( financing) made the whole shopping process satisfying. Bill went beyond expected, and Gary truly gave us the best deal around.
