Loved doing business here! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else now. They really work with you to meet your needs. I went down to look at a used car I saw online. My luck, it was sent to auction (because they like to refresh their inventory) 10 minutes before I got there. They called and were able to get the car back the next day for me to look at. They really go above and beyond! I got my Nissan Juke and couldn't be happier. Dennis Webber is the man, stop down and see him!
I went for an oil change. Using their express lane literally only took less than 15 minutes. Jiffy Lube takes at least 37. Impressive.
I made an appt for my top to be fixed on wed for the 5th time. Was told that there would be a car for me to borrow. There was no car at ladd,kia, or enterprise. Really. You knew i was coming. It was my only day off this week. Got there at 9am and was told that enterprise wouldn't have a car until 11-1130 and I would have to pay $100 deposit. This place is full of broken promises and really bad service. Had my jeep numerous times and have yet to be fixed. Keeps blowing me off by can not duplicate. This place is really bad.

Ive taken my car to this dealer for most repairs to my car...after 2 years of nothing but hassle, that will change. I've picked my car up twice where it broke down within 1 hour. This time, a mysterious coincidence, the check engine light came on giving a code for a failing catalytic converter after they moved the exhaust system and they claim it has nothing to do with their work.
