Over 15 years ago I bought my second jeep and had a horrible experience. On the advice of some close friends and family I went back to Ladd and Hanford to inquire on a 2017 Ram 2500. Thanks to Bill Ehrgood, we have our third vehicle from Ladd-Hanford. After being treated poorly at a dealership near us in the Pittsburgh area (where we live now), we were able to make a connection with Bill again, and with Gary's help, had our Town & Country picked out and ready to go today. We drove in from the Pittsburgh area, did a quick test drive, and signed the papers. No games, no hassles, no issues at all.
