We had a very laid back and comfortable experience at Ladd Hanford. Ben Winters was our salesman. He had a nice laid back approach that we highly enjoyed. He also was very knowledgeable! He answered all our questions and explained all the features of the Jeep we bought. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

We purchased 2015 Certified Jeep Grande Cherokee. Two weeks after warranty expired discovered major electrical problem. Our sales consultant, Scott Keath, of Ladd Hanford did not let us hanging. Dealership let us trade out of a bad situation. Scott advocated for us and helped us get a fair deal. Thanks Scott
