I recently bought my second Jeep Cherokee at Ladd Hanford‘s and was so impressed by the ease of selecting, financing and taking possession that I would recommend them to everyone. I recently purchased a 2020 Ram and worked with Joshua. He was outstanding! Go to this dealer and Ask for Joshua if you are considering a new truck. No gimmicks. No running back and forth to his manager for better trade value or pricing BS. Straight forward he asked me what do you want for your trade. I told him. I got it. My Vehicle Consultant, Scott, made every step of the car buying process smooth and even took the time to explain all the options in my new Jeep. He was very helpful and personable and I am very happy with my experience with Ladd-Hanford.
We were in for servicing of my Ram 1500 and was greet really quick. We were there for state inspection and asked them to look at another problem while were there. I didn’t have to make another appointment for this, it was done all at the same appointment. Nice job Ladd Hanford. Highly recommend them.
