We had our vehicle in for service 2 years ago and told them that we think the car was out of alignment. We were told that the alignment was fine but they did rotate the tires. Flash forward 2 years and we took it in again for the road noise getting worse. We were told the tires were cupped because it’s been out of alignment. Now they want us to buy new tires through them. If you are looking to upgrade your vehicle, go see Ben Winters. Ben is young and still learning the business but is very knowledgeable as well. He was able to answer most every question I had. When he couldn’t, he found the answer and was very prompt in getting me a reply. The entire staff is very friendly and you will not feel pressured. Just bought my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited yesterday. I was very impressed with my salesman, Scott Keith! Not only did Scott search far and wide for the specific vehicle I wanted and found it in Maryland but he also had it delivered within 1 day. Scott sat with me in the car and went over EVERY detail of the vehicle and took his time with any questions that I had. I can't say enough about this experience except to tell you if you are looking for a Jeep, go see Scott at Ladd Hanford in Lebanon!!!!!
