I would DEFINITELY recommend Ladd-Hanford. They were willing to help me get a great deal on my New 2020 Jeep Cherokee. I had my first oil change and the Service Manager went out of his way to assist me with any questions or concerns I had about my Jeep. On a scale from 1-10. They are DEFINITELY a 10!
We just bought a 2020 Jeep at Ladd-Hanford. This one is not our first Jeep bought at the dealership and once again the overall experience was exceptional. my oil change prepays the expiration date came and I still had one left and in spite of that they went through and did the oil change and tire rotation instead of me having to lose that money that was paid out in good faith previously I wasn't aware of the expiration date but they still work with me anyway
