Extremely friendly staff and great service!
Loved doing business here! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else now. They really work with you to meet your needs. I went down to look at a used car I saw online. My luck, it was sent to auction (because they like to refresh their inventory) 10 minutes before I got there. They called and were able to get the car back the next day for me to look at. They really go above and beyond! I got my Nissan Juke and couldn't be happier. Dennis Webber is the man, stop down and see him!
I went for an oil change. Using their express lane literally only took less than 15 minutes. Jiffy Lube takes at least 37. Impressive.
I made an appt for my top to be fixed on wed for the 5th time. Was told that there would be a car for me to borrow. There was no car at ladd,kia, or enterprise. Really. You knew i was coming. It was my only day off this week. Got there at 9am and was told that enterprise wouldn't have a car until 11-1130 and I would have to pay $100 deposit. This place is full of broken promises and really bad service. Had my jeep numerous times and have yet to be fixed. Keeps blowing me off by can not duplicate. This place is really bad.
Great customer service (Mr. Wentzel), wonderful to work with, and so happy I decided to take time to purchase my vehicle with Ladd-Hanford! Thank you!!
Excellent customer service as always. James Green I highly recommend and Carter in finance explains everything in detail. They both go above and beyond and make like you are their only customer. I'll be back.
