We purchased 2015 Certified Jeep Grande Cherokee. Two weeks after warranty expired discovered major electrical problem. Our sales consultant, Scott Keath, of Ladd Hanford did not let us hanging. My husband and I purchased vehicles in 2015 and 2016 working with Rob Mogetz. We had an excellent experience.
