Thanks to Bill Ehrgood, we have our third vehicle from Ladd-Hanford. After being treated poorly at a dealership near us in the Pittsburgh area (where we live now), we were able to make a connection with Bill again, and with Gary's help, had our Town & Country picked out and ready to go today. We drove in from the Pittsburgh area, did a quick test drive, and signed the papers. No games, no hassles, no issues at all. I've been around the jeep world a few times. thanks to a co-worker of my wife i stoped off at ladd-handford and im glad i did. Saved a boat load of money and they treated me like family not like a dollar sign that means alot to me personally and living in Lancaster they truly made it worth my time ..... if its you first time or your hundredth time buying or leaseing a new car stop in and have a look i think you will be as pleased as i am .... This was my first car buying experience in many years. I have always been leery of car salesmen and was very pleased to find out my concerns in regards to Ladd Hanford were unjustified. The staff was very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to obtain exactly the Jeep we wanted. Many thanks to Nick Boudreaux, Gary Seibert and Chris Firstine for the time spent with us.
OMG we never had so much fun shopping for a vehicle!! Everyone at the dealership treated us great! My girlfriend just lover her new 2013 Patriot. Big shout out to Joshua, Gary and Chris for making the whole process from start to finish an enjoyable experience. Just some down home normal, hard working folks at Ladds.
We took our dodge truck there for some warranty work and they had the truck for over a month. When they finally said it was finished we went to pick it up and the truck wouldn't even start. They melted the bug shield on the hood by having it too close to a heater and replaced it with a tiny one that was nothing like the one they ruined. There were missing pieces under the hood and pieces that weren't put together right.
