Its ridiculous to be on h1hold 20 minutes for appointments or to reschedule
Tried to call for an appointment and never got through. Stopped in to the office and had to wait forever to make an appointment. The first girl I spoke with was flat out rude and had a nasty attitude. Cancelled and found a much nicer imaging office with faster service right in publix plaza on Saxon by the Wendy's.
We had an appointment at 8:45 for a mammogram. We were told to arrive no later than 8:30. It's 5 minutes til ten and we are STILL sitting here waiting!!! When we asked what was going on, they said oh sorry we don't have anything from your doctor???��� so you are going to just let my 88 year old grandmother sit here and never say a word!? Horrible! And when I said something they look at me like I'm crazy?!?!? Do not tell us to arrive 15 minutes early for an appointment you aren't even going to attempt to keep! Incredibly rude... read more
ive been trying to call them all morning but it keeps telling me i need a long distance code nd to try again. does anyone have a number i can use to call them
I called scheduled appt read reason off dr order and they scheduled me for wrong procedure so now I have to wait to get right procedure done - felling irritated - this is affecting my work - no apology act like my fault they scheduled incorrectly - only offered to reschedule my appt - may be time to look for new imaging group after 20 + years
I was on hold for almost 15 minutes. I was told I must arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was NOT told why I have to sit in the office for 30 minutes. I would go somewhere else, but this is the only place my insurance will use. :-(
