They are an amazing and friendly staff. There was no wait time. Called me back as soon as I sat down. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend.
The most disorganized place I've ever been to. I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours. They never have enough help at the front counter and have very poor communication skills. Whoever is managing that front counter should find a new job.
Please save yourself a lot of frustration and don't go to LAD Imaging. I've had nothing but the runaround about my bill. They charged me twice as much as I was told the cost would be before I had my mammogram. Very disappointed.
