Do not rent from this place. We had a faucet on a tub that could not be shut off without cutting it to the whole house. Called and used their automated system after hours on a Friday for an emergency call. Never heard back so a few hours later I had to call a plumber. $600 for everything and when I approached Lacy about it, they said I did not submit a work order online so they would not reimburse me any part of it. Worst property management company I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. In two years of renting from them, I've had issues that went unaddressed for weeks on end. Going into my third week with no functioning refrigerator, spent two weeks without functioning toilets on the second floor, went over a week without heat last winter, went a week without a functioning toilet on the first floor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE RENT FROM THEM.
