After 4 months of calling to get my recliner fixed with the warranty Lacks sold me I am still waiting with a broken frame. Lacks sold me this cheap warranty they need to step up and get this resolved

My Mother moved to Alice with my siblings and bought all their furniture there. My brother complained it wasn't the bed he had ordered and when they went back to return it, he was told it wasn't their policy. They only used the furniture for a week or two, before my brother fell ill and was moved to Austin. They had to move out due to an emergency and the store is still refusing to take back any of the beds including the one that wasn't the correct bed to begin with.

I question the credibility of the reviews here as there is no way that the Lacks Furniture store that I made a purchase with is anywhere near a 4.2. We made a major cash purchase there during Memorial Day weekend and it has been the worst furniture vendor experience that I have experienced in over 40 years of buying furniture. This spans from the sales person, to store manager, to delivery people. If new to the area look elsewhere; perhaps even online with white glove service.

Lacks furniture has very poor customer service. Their sales personnel are very good in selling butbyou never here from them again when things go wrong. My sales personnel is Monsterrat Monrreal and I've call her left messages and no answer. I purchased my furniture in March 13 2021 2moths later I have not seen but only half of my purchase. So sad and disappointed. Never again with lacks.

They really need to update their online payment center because it is not user friendly. Seems like they do that just to make it difficult for u to pay so they can stuff u with the late fees! Mediocre furniture if I was u I’d shop around!
