Office personnel not to friendly Studio they showed me got black spots on the floor A broken window ( you don't show a property in that condition If you wanted to disappoint me ....you got it
Lacaye Property Management fails to effectively serve the needs of their tenants. Not only do they disregard the upkeep of the their properties, but they are also regularly unavailable by phone or in person during their posted office hours. My unit was infested with termites and they failed to deal with the issue promptly. I would never recommend anyone to rent from them.
