I have used this lab for years and never had a problem, the staff are very patient, kind & skilled. The office is very busy so yes you have to wait, but that should pretty much just be common sense! If a place is busy, (especially anything related to medical stuff) you will have to wait. That is how it works. The staff have never made me feel like I was bothering them. Very slow!! Employess just behind the glass gossiping. Then the nurse decided to call a name.They act as though you are bothering them.
Place is extremely slow, staff are not social or even decent to interact with, literally talk as if you are bothering them. Three woman were sitting in the front gossiping about another patient while waiting about 15 minutes before informing me I had to fill out a form. Half hour goes by not one of them moves to do a thing. Unorganized unproductive and unprofessional. And if you complain? Oh they take even longer to get to you. Lab techs are nice & good. It takes time because it is not by appointment & you have to wait.
