I was a walk in today, Thursday morning in Bethpage. My doctor had called in my lab work request. Was greeted cheerfully & professionally by the receptionist. Taken right away. The receptionist came in, she was the phlebotomist also! Nothing like multitasking! Quick, painless blood draw & I was out the door. Might I add she was so pleasant & a real asset to Northwell. Wish I had gotten her name. Brownish hair & glasses.....
Recommended by my doctor, walked in with no appointment, the receptionist took my info and in 10 minutes My blood was taken and I was out the door. Unlike Quest I missed my appointment by 20 minutes(my error) about 2 weeks ago and made me wait 5 hours before they took my blood. Northwest Health Labs Bethpgage has a new customer.
Honestly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Very quick , and staff was super friendly! 10/10 would go back for all blood test needs they were amazing! I love the fact that they wrap your arms instead of a bandaid.
My 3 kids had to have their blood taken. We were a walk-in. Had a great nurse. She got the vein on the first try with every kid. They got us in and out in about 20 minutes.
Went as a walk-in and received prompt, courteous attention . The whole process from registration to procedure was only a few minutes. Pleasant, professional and skilled staff. I highly recommend this location!
