My 10-year-old had blood drawn here and they had two different phlebotomists try to take his blood. When the first one realized she was having difficulty she asked for someone else to try. The second person came in and was just digging in his arm praying they hit a vein. It was a painful and scary experience for my son. This lab came highly recommended to me. I'm now searching for a lab that is well trained in Pediatrics
I love this lab, the staff is great. However my Drs haven't been sent my blood reports the past 2 visits and I don't know how to correct this problem. That's why I gave them 2 stars
Honestly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Very quick , and staff was super friendly!
Recommended by my doctor, walked in with no appointment, the receptionist took my info and in 10 minutes My blood was taken and I was out the door. Unlike Quest I missed my appointment by 20 minutes(my error) about 2 weeks ago and made me wait 5 hours before they took my blood. Northwest Health Labs Bethpgage has a new customer.
Honestly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Very quick , and staff was super friendly! 10/10 would go back for all blood test needs they were amazing! I love the fact that they wrap your arms instead of a bandaid.
