This is absolutely uncalled for. My husband has never had issues with blood draw. They drew blood with no issue and this is what his arm looks like a week later. Not cool
Earlier this week, I had a very uncomfortable experience at my doctor’s office with a very sweet but completely inexperienced young assistant trying to take my blood (she was visibly very unsure of herself…first she asked me which vein they normally use…then she she used two different veins in both arms and still couldn’t draw blood, which has never happened to me). Excellent lab! Clean, fast and very friendly! I will go back anytime to get blood drawn. They have a staff that knows how to draw blood, without pain and only one try!! Absolutely excellent!!!
My husband took our 5 year daughter to get blood drawn. When dealing with children, you have to create a stress free environment. That being said, why the hell would you use a thick straight needle on her?! A butterfly needle should have been used. It’s more suitable for younger children. Please invest in a training on how to interact with children. The first thing the technician does is show her the needle, like come on.
More than professional! Was there at 645 because I had to fast. The ladies opened the doors a few minutes early and I was in and out in 10 minutes! The staff at this location is great!
