Great experience. Easy and straightforward federal drug testing. It wasn’t busy when I went in, so we got right to it. The rules/steps are displayed on the desk, so you can see what all is supposed to happen and the person who helped me (Carmen, I believe) followed the steps. As a federal employee who has done this before, this was a routine drug screen, so not much to it, but the ease and transparency is always much appreciated.
This facility was magnificent. I used this establishment for hair follicle testing alongside urinalysis for court purposes and self knowledge outside of that. Both over the phone and in the center they treated me with respect, followed standard protocol with their procedures and verbally walked me through the both of them. Great service and friendly service! Also every quick I was out of there in less than 30 mins with a person ahead of me!
This was my first time going here. I didn't have to wait long to have my test done. The lady who saw me was nice and helpful. She explained what I needed to do and it didn't take long.
