Great experience. Easy and straightforward federal drug testing. It wasn’t busy when I went in, so we got right to it. The rules/steps are displayed on the desk, so you can see what all is supposed to happen and the person who helped me (Carmen, I believe) followed the steps. As a federal employee who has done this before, this was a routine drug screen, so not much to it, but the ease and transparency is always much appreciated.
I’ve used this facility twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The process was quick and easy, Carmen, who helped me was incredibly friendly, and she explained everything clearly from start to finish. The turnaround time for results was also amazing, much faster than I expected. NEXT DAY!! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs reliable, efficient testing.
Prior to coming to Alia I had taken 2 drug tests for a new job at a different clinic. Both times the tests were lost. I randomly chose this clinic for my 3rd test. I start to vent to Carmen about my entire chaotic experience prior to arriving. She guided me through the process and even ensured the results would be shipping overnight! My test results were cleared within 2 days and I was able to start my job the following week. Thank you Carmen!
This was my first time going here. I didn't have to wait long to have my test done. The lady who saw me was nice and helpful. She explained what I needed to do and it didn't take long.
This facility was magnificent. I used this establishment for hair follicle testing alongside urinalysis for court purposes and self knowledge outside of that. Both over the phone and in the center they treated me with respect, followed standard protocol with their procedures and verbally walked me through the both of them.
