This facility was magnificent. I used this establishment for hair follicle testing alongside urinalysis for court purposes and self knowledge outside of that. Both over the phone and in the center they treated me with respect, followed standard protocol with their procedures and verbally walked me through the both of them. I needed pre-employment drug test and I found this affordable option by searching online. I was a little skeptical at first because I wasn’t able to see the address of the location before paying. It stated that it was in Chicago and in the end it was barely inside the city limits and I had to drive 2hrs round trip. It’s been well over a week and I’m still waiting for my results. I would suggest spending a little extra and finding a more convenient and faster option.
I’ve used this facility twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The process was quick and easy, Carmen, who helped me was incredibly friendly, and she explained everything clearly from start to finish. The turnaround time for results was also amazing, much faster than I expected. NEXT DAY!! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs reliable, efficient testing.
Needed to find a place for thorough testing for a site that was coming up. Once they received the paperwork we were able to proceed. It was a quick and easy process while there. Very helpful.
Great drug testing location. Carmen Ramos did my drug test. She was super friendly and very transparent during the process, along with being patient in case extra time to do the urine test is necessary.
