I was told the car was sent to auction. They answered the phone promptly. They transferred me to the person handling that vehicle. He was polite and told me that the car was sent to auction. He said it has some passenger side damage and that they had sent it to auction.

I sent a request about a vehicle and it took two days for a reply. I can't do business that way. Must not have been important to them to address my concerns.

We were contacted right away by the internet manager Fernando and the truck was still in stock. Salesman was very nice and took us for a test drive. Got back to the office and noticed that one of the tires didn’t match the other three. Also asked about adding a couple of accessories. Price came back very high with addition of dealer prep fees and delivery fees and they didn’t even include the accessories in that price. We had to do follow up with the salesperson. Car advertised was not at the dealership. By the time it arrived, we had purchased a vehicle elsewhere. The day it did arrive at the dealership advertised a lower price than we were quoted for the purchase price.

Great people except they had the wrong dealership phone number on the advice . They have several.

I asked them one specific question. Does the truck have the tow package? And I got two pages of marketing boiler plate. No answer. Not dealing with a company that stupid.
