Car was in rough shape. The young salesman was very helpful and understanding.
Dealership played the typical “let me talk to my manager and see what we can do on price” (who never appears). They would not even come off a dollar. They asked me how much I saw for the car price. I believe it was because it dropped that day $200. I paid $3200 plus dealer fees above tags and taxes which you expect. Total $4486. Would not recommend this dealership.
Car was on guru's long after is was sold. Called- it was gone, week later notified it was sold on phone
I went to labelle ford showed them this adervisment and they told me that was not there add. Not the price they were willing to sell the car for and then procedded to ignore me when I was trying to get a price.
Oh My where do I start. First call to them to check availability. Was told car was sold. I saw the add again with a raised price of over $1000. I called again. They were going to call back. Nope they didn't do that. I did call them back. They had to call me back again because they dropped the ball the second time. A lady called me back and said the car is still there but it is now $17995. I spoke to the GM about this whole incident and in no uncertain words his attitude was just Oh well Sorry. Lied about the condition of the car. I wasted my time to see a car full of trash and ants and leaves
They responded every single time by email replying to our request.
The only thing positive is the staff was nice. The negatives: the battery was completely dead; test drive was only allowed to go down the street, to the gas station; the price listed had changed to a higher price, once when contacted them, and once again when I arrived.
