Very fast response, very professional
Sales people courteous, vehicle misrepresented it was a rough 2007 that should of not be on a ford dealer lot amongst others that were there as well. Dealership is a dump not what it should be as a ford dealership reminded me as backyard dealer

called about a car - they said they needed to look for it and while doing so I asked about dealer fees - wow there are 3 additional fees that add up to about $2500 on top of the price. that is insane - i have never heard of this so they bait you in then try and add in another $2500 in fees. no thanks.

I was contacted within 30 minutes of my calling them about the truck. The person i spoke with was very up front and straightforward about the vehicle. Which was good cause i would have been so mad if i had driven that 45 minutes to go see it.

They posted this car for $39,990 and when I decided to buy it they raised the price $4000 saying the price was a mistake. Bad business
