They have a very strange pricing policy there. They’re not showing the actual price of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle they’re showing includes some sort of finance credit and trading in credit. It’s not the actual list price of the vehicle. Very confusing.

Tried for three days to verify a car was available that was on their website. I called over 10 times to try and find out before making the drive. EVERYTIME except for the tenth there was no answer. Online gave me another number, no answer. I've NEVER had to work so hard to give someone my money. When someone finally answered they didn't address the name of the company, just said "Hello". Then told me they sold the vehicle two days ago. Worst experience in trying to communicate with a dealer.
I contacted this dealer through the web link, and I was emailed back fairly quickly with the same generic listing from a sales person. However, any further contact after that often went unanswered, or required several emails over several days to warrant a response. This dealership is over an hour away from my home, and while I have no problem traveling there - I wanted to know a few crucial questions about the truck I wanted to buy before making that trip.
