Lab tech was curt and rude. I tried to tell her I was there to collect a test kit, but she cut me off and sent me to check-in. After checking in, I waited :20 minutes to collect my test kit because she did not see patients in the order they arrived and repeatedly ignored me. When she finally got around to me she said “you should have told me you just needed the kit I would have got that for you immediately!” as if it was my fault that she was ignoring me. The lab tech was touching keyboards and other shared surfaces while he set up phlebotomy supplies for my visit. He then started to pull gloves on without sanitizing or washing his hands. I had to ask him to sanitize, which he obliged. On the positive side, the tech was skilled and efficient with the venipuncture.

Good experiences here. Not always open, but worth the convenience. Never had issues with cancellations like others have mentioned.

Location closes randomly without warning, and they will either cancel your appointment, or as what happened to me recently - just leave a note on the door (?!?) without cancelling so you get to find out when you arrive. Yay to wasting my time and overnight fasting Labcorp!
