Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful at all. The only saving grace was that the manager was truly a gentleman, very efficient and was definitely concerned about the situation. He took charge and personally waited on me and I was out of there and on my way.
I did check in and 2 hours later leaving because the worker not take my order i do not recomend this place
Worst experience! Wait time was long. The person who drew my blood was rude and mean! Jabbed my arm, took some blood, trashed it and went to my other arm. In spite of telling her it takes a few mins to find my vein! She did not give an apology. I felt discriminated and unheard. I don’t think this is becoming of an organization that boasts best service! I need an explanation!
