Apparently walking in 10min late to your appointment still gets you turned away and the front desk staff were not kind or compassionate at all. I also tried calling before I got there to say I got my time accidentally mixed up but I was on the way.
I was there yesterday and everyone was professional. The wait, time was no more than 10 minutes. while I was getting my blood drawn I even heard the manager walk through and ask his staff if they needed any help with anything. Everyone was working i was in and out thank you
Can confirm what others reviews have commented, front staff is unable to process digital lab orders. Every customer that walked in got the same line "they're not in the computer" with some clear random clicking on the screen. I have visited several LabCorp location in the area and this is the only that apparently can't work the digital records.
Horrible Service.
I got there with out an appointment, Friday September 18 late afternoon, I needed an emergency blood work, the receptionist was so nice and polite, the technician was great ( so sad I didn’t take their names 😞). The results of my test were ready early Saturday morning Thank you
