If I could, I would have given zero stars. Only one person was nice at the front desk. The person who was helping me was so rude, condescending and had such terrible attitude. Would not recommend.
Last time I came here was five months ago, and I had to leave without having my blood drawn because the wait was more than one hour. Today it was the same—over a one-hour wait. Around one year ago, the service was good, which is the only reason I remembered this place. The technician was good and able to find my hard-to-catch veins. However, the waiting time is very long. They don't honor appt times. They don't warn customers theyre an hour behind. They don't do good with kids. But if you have lots of time to waste & don't mind a bad job being done, this is the place for you
Condescending staff. No consideration for caretaker stress and those they are caring for. Unforgiving and judgmental
