I am absolutely horrified by the experience that I had at LabCorp's Boyette Location in Riverview, Fl.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY TO GO HERE FOR LAB WORK! An employee named KATRINA @Labcorp was the rudest and inconsiderate individual I have ever encountered. She refused my AUTISTIC son service due to him whining and minimally figuring due to involuntary movements that are beyond his control. They are the epitome of rude and unprofessional. They would not talk to the doctor’s office; they said “YOU need to talk to them” meaning me; they were clearly NOT interested in taking care of my Mom. And we were clearly wasting their precious time because they were clearly not interested in getting the script. Labcorp Owings Mills location is terrible. Lost my sons specimen in early January. Took it again they said it was unusable because it was room temp. It wasn’t when I dropped off. Now I’m here again to drop off and the girl keeps looking at me. Hasn’t said one word. But has called everyone but me. I’m ONlY dropping off. I will never come here again. I’ll be calling the corporate office and emailing this afternoon. This is unacceptable.
Horrible experience with front desk staff today. Literally had me leave in tears and have never experienced such horrible service and lack of human empathy. In today’s world, life is stuff and they need training in how to treat people. I watched multiple people talked to extremely rude and guaranteed if you called anyone seen today 2/8/21 at the Surprise AZ location, they would concur. Extremely disappointed and will not return to any LabCorp ever again.
There customer service is terrible. The lab tech was very rude. These people do not need to work with people. There have no people skill.
Horrible. Over an hour wait for fasting labs. Had no consideration for the fact that people were fasting, getting nauseated, going to pass out because of the extended wait times. Rude. Zero front desk staff to assist with check ins and paperwork. Couldn’t find my order. Can’t take phone calls to see if an order was received prior to waiting an hour. Ridiculous.
what a joke. the lady was rude as hell and almost didn't take the specimen I dropped off. I hope I never have to go back.
I had a confirmed appointment today. When I arrived, the lab was closed. On the door was a one line note advising people that the location was closed today. Even though Labcorp had my contact information, no effort was made to reach me. A complete waste of my time, and very unprofessional.
They don’t make it easy to find lab results I’ve tried five times I’m 67 I don’t know how to do it I asked them to mail me yet and I have not got it mailed to me
