They misplaced my specimen due to the lab not putting in the system while I was standing there. I had to do all the literal footwork to have it made right. As well as I was told it would be within a week and yet tomorrow is 2 weeks and they still don’t have results! Not happy, and frankly people should RUN from your company

I went to the Haywood location in Virginia Beach. I needed a simple test for employment. I showed up at eight am right as they opened. I was told they did not do drug testing until 9. I showed back up right before 9. I was told that toliet was down. If I was told this at 8 I could have gone to another location. I’m traveling north from Florida and stopped at a Labcorp in Savannah, GA to get a urinalysis on Friday morning, April 9th. Neither my doctor nor I have received any results. I’m still having horrible symptoms. I have tried calling and left a message, but nobody has responded. I’m very frustrated and fearful that an infection might move into my kidneys. I will never use Labcorp again and will warn everybody about this horrible service.
The Dothan, AL location is terrible wait time is way too long for no customers. But waiting over 40 minutes.
This afternoon I visited the Labcorps, Atwood Road, Bel Air, Maryland location. I was astonished at the efficient and excellent service I received! I arrived around 3:20 pm and was back in my car by about 3:40 pm. The very friendly phlebotomist, Holly, registered me and then did the blood draw painlessly and efficiently, while explaining what she was doing. Terrible billing practices. They require a credit or debit card during registration and will not serve you if you do not provide. You must sign a document that they can charge your card if insurance doesn't pay or you owe co-payments. Then they charge your card with no notice and refuse to send you an invoice; on a call for 30+ minutes. Will NEVER use this group again.
