Least helpful customer service I have ever experienced. No one was able to answer my question if a lab location near me supports glucose tolerance testing. I tried calling the lab multiple times without being able to connect with a support person. I was on hold with customer service for more than 45 minutes end still couldn’t get an answer.

Walgreens in Windermere fl She is unprofessional, rude, and racist She did not wear gloves and told my husband to leave the room in a rude way with her hands and on top of that she asked me to lay down and got another customer in while was in the same room and did not PRACTICE COVID PROCEDURES on the top she told me since I did not liked it that I should leave the room and did not do the test We felt offended and auncomfortable and I felt that doing that she put me at risk. The phlebotomists at the Parsippany Rt. 46 location are incredible. They found my one year old’s vein with ease and were finished with their drawing in less than 30 seconds. They were kind, supportive, and so gentle. Thank you for making my day, ladies! You are all astounding at what you do!
Have no choice but express checkin not working and having someone with an appointment wait outside in this weather is crazy! Third time trying to complete this blood draw.
