I consistently receive prompt, professional service at this location. The staff is courteous, efficient, and highly skilled, especially when drawing blood. They always make the process quick and comfortable. Thank you for providing such excellent care!
The staff was kind and patient. It was a great experience and even though I was late for my appointment, the wait was not long and 11:30 am.
They are the worst facility to go and have blood drawn. I sat for one hour and a half to been seen after I signed in. I sat there and watch everyone being called up for paperwork and to call back for blood work. This is the last time after fasting.
DO NOT bring your infant/newborn here for blood draws. We needed blood drawn for our 3 day old baby and the tech had no clue how much to take for an infant. They ended up not getting enough and this was after waiting at least half an hour. The test was important to get on that specific day and it was a huge waste of time and effort.
