This location was amazing from standing in line waiting for them to open through check-out. I was a walk-in and was done with lab work and out the door in about 40 minutes. A special acknowledgment to Dahlia and Amy. Both were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this location!
It's get worse every time I come. I had an appointment I made two weeks earlier. Got here early. Still missed my time by 25 minutes. They are trying but have zero customer service skills and just said tough luck on your appointment we have walk ins. Beyond frustrating. Find another location if you can.
I consistently receive prompt, professional service at this location. The staff is courteous, efficient, and highly skilled, especially when drawing blood. They always make the process quick and comfortable. Thank you for providing such excellent care!
The staff was kind and patient. It was a great experience and even though I was late for my appointment, the wait was not long and 11:30 am.
