Phlebotomist took my information, logged into the system, left without saying anything to me and left everyone's information (PII/PHI) up on the screen for me to see. This location needs to be retrained ASAP.
The facility is fine but everyone should beware of Labcorp's billing office and procedures. When checking in they required me to leave a card authorization for any charges that might result. After that I never heard from them about any bill, but got a notice from my HSA debit card provider that my card had been charged $88.01, and that this charge lacked an invoice needed for tax accounting purposes. For two days in the row, this lab did not have access to internet. If Labcorp cannot resolve a simple IT issue for this lab, how can we trust the Labcorp test results. Why you do not care about your customers. If you cannot manage this lab, for god sakes, close this lab and do not waste your longtime customers’ time.
I had an amazing experience at this lab thanks to Marta. She was incredibly gentle and careful — I didn't feel any discomfort at all. She double-checked my information, labeled everything properly, and even asked about my well-being. Truly the best lab technician I've ever met!
Good phlebotomists, but if you go there in the morning there will be an hour long wait!!!
