Happy with their service. It was quick and they did a great job taking blood from my daughter who didn’t cry even didn’t understand the pinch by the needle. The only thing my daughter felt sad when she saw there was no candy or sticker for her.
I went to many LapCorp’s , I thought the one in laurel was the worst until I went to this one, customer service was ok, not great but ok, but the technician who draws my blood , has no manners at all, came to station 2 , no hello no nothing, took the form from my hand, worked on the computer, print the stickers, the without any word, like a little pinch, stick the needle and draw the blood , after that gave me a cup for urine sample, like I am supposed to know what to do and where is the bathroom, when I asked him, he pointe... read more
The woman running the front desk was fantastic and very good at her job! She made sure everyone was checked in properly & in the order we arrived. She went above and beyond to help a patient with English as their second language and liaised with their healthcare provider on the phone. Polite, quick and efficient. Blood draw station clean, well organised, polite phlebotomist
Very unprofessional, they do not follow proper practice. I'd never before been bruised from getting a lab, nor seen anyone jab a needle with such carelessness. Since when are animals certified to provide medical services?
