I accompanied my friend to get her blood work done and the lady that took her blood was very rude since she approached us and she ended up messing up 3 times! Once she messed up the first time, she forgave my friend and then started to be nice after messing up. The needle came out and scratched her. Then, the second time, she didn't put it in the right way. Lastly, since she realized she kept messing up and she took her time for the third time and finally got the blood work done.
This was the worst lab corp I've ever been to. It took them 32 minutes to call 3 peoole to the back. Many patients are on fixed schedules and their time is very limited. It should never take that long to call three patients. I couldn't get my lab work done because I had to get back to work from my lunch break. I was totally upset because this lab work was very important, and I was unable to get it done.
Without checking my insurance they send me to another lab and l found out from other lab that they were wrong and i supposed to go back to them, not just that now its been 1.5 month we did not receive the result my doctors office followed up with them they said they did not received the sample :-( on my busy mommy schedule i got to go through everything again because looks like they lost or mishandled my sample!
used labcorp for decades but when my insurer changed and i went to lawrenceville office they looked at my card then asked for a debit and to sign a release to charge in the event insurer doesn t pay i was charged and it reads on the card to use a particular service provider which i am sure labcorp rep knew. then charged me a higher rate than my carrier would have paid so when i uncover such sleezeball practices i like to alert others in the area
The staff here lacks professionalism. I came in shortly before they closed and instantly received an attitude. Business hours are in place for a reason and as long as it's within those hours then you are on the clock and are to provide customer service until you close your doors. This office is wonderful. The people are very caring and good at drawing blood. One of the few places that get it right the first time. I am so grateful that they are here.
Completely unprofessional. Phlebotomist didn't introduce herself- or even say hi- and wasn't wearing a name tag. Did not invert blood tubes to mix with reagents in tubes after blood draw. Did not bother to put enough tape on the bandage for it to stay on during the act of standing up. Dropped one of the tubes on the floor. Politely reminded her I needed to give her a urine sample. Had to go in after my child was assaulted for a pregnancy test, lab staff was unbelievably rude, spoke to me and my family very condescendingly, and didn’t send the lab until the next day. We were there at noon and the next day they had still not sent the lab in. A horrific experience, I would not recommend using this facility. They clearly dislike their jobs and have no patience with people, questions, or any kind of customer service. Went last week. Staff was good. The office, however, while inside a nice facility, was absolutely FILTHY. I left there feeling like needed to go home and take another shower and it was only 8:30AM. A medical facility so dirty simply has no business being in business. Even though this office is just one mile from my home, I will go out of my way to find one that's clean. Makes me hate my insurance carrier's switch from Quest to LabCorp even more.
