This is by far the worst LabCorp I have been too. I visited this LabCorp only because it was 4 minutes down the road from my doctor's office. Upon arriving, the receptionist at the window was staring at me with a disgusted look on her face and she proceeded to say, "We close at 3pm". I replied by saying isn't it 2:45? She answered by asking me why I would choose to come there when they're about to close and that she wanted to get home. Excellent visit the staff and techs were great and there was no wait great service
No way to communicate with them. What a joke. I don’t know what to do now.
This rating is for the regular staff who work there almost always when we are there. They are professional, and attentive to the person. My daughter who is disabled requires regular routine bloodwork to monitor blood thinner. We have been going to this lab for more than one year. When regular staff are available we have no problem with paperwork or the blood draw, in and out in no time. When other staff are there we can have issues with standing orders or actual blood draw. Quick and Proffesional staff, very clean facility with easy access.
My wife had open heart surgery to replace her tricuspid valve, damaged in an accident twenty-five years ago. It is a difficult and rarely performed surgery, and during the recovery process she must be on the blood thinner Coumadin to prevent blood clots or potentially fatal bleeding. Achieving the correct level of Coumadin is a delicate process that must be monitored carefully and consistently. The employee in the Crystal Lake, 5911 Northwest Highway, Ste 108, Crystal Lake, IL 60014, has a horrible attitude,rude to the customers,very abrupt and shows no kindness or friendliness.She should not work with people!! Plus she is incompetent as well: she've read the quantity instructions AFTER the test, so she had me drunk 20!!! Cups of water,and the test came back dilluted.She gives the review of her work BEFORE the procedure,NEVER recommend this location to anyone,I rather go to a different city!!!
