Couldn't be happier with LA Solar group... they have repeatedly gone above and beyond for me. From the beginning to now 7 years later... I have been pleased and saved a lot of $$$.They just replaced 4 panels that were not recording ( 7 years after) **************** was kind and efficient while doing it. He fits in very well with the company's standard... i certainly did get very good customer service and have actually recommended them to my friends for solar service
I contracted with LA Solar just a couple weeks before the deadline for NEM 2.0 applications in **********. They performed great in getting the application through, obtaining permits, and in installing our solar panel system. They have always been responsive to any problems including replacing an inverter that was producing less energy after 3 months of operation. I am very satisfied with their work and customer service.
I was looking for a solution to my electric bill increasingly rising so high. I searched around and asked some of my neighbors who had done their solar. I was referred to La Solar Group, They were very knowledgeable and patient with me answering all of my questions. I had the best salesperson *******. I also needed some repair work done to my roof and they were also able to provide me a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend this company.
My system stopped working and it turned out to be a breaker switch that went bad. I first called my electrician who would not touch anything connected to solar. I called LA solar and the came out immediately and changed out the breaker. It works perfectly again. They also are the ones that installed it 3 years prior so there was no charge. Great service.
LA Solar Group with their main office in **************** is a scam. Their employees are incompetent and defensive. Their customer service is horrible. They installed our panels and one of 2 Tesla batteries about a year ago and failed to file a permit, which was part of our contract, with the **************. Upon city inspection, the city made them rip out our system. After a year of continuous calls with no response we had the ************** force them to file a permit. For **** Solar Group and **************** Systems Inc.L.A. Solar installed my solar panels. The field crew was excellent while the office staff was as incompetent as any I have ever encountered (e.g., scheduling a City inspection and not showing up, multiple interactions over the same topic, rotating staff, etc.). I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of LA Solar Group, Inc. . Despite completing jobs three months ago totaling $27,000, they have failed to honor their payment obligation without providing any explanation. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the company's integrity and professionalism.Regrettably, I am now compelled to pursue legal action, including placing a lien on their property.
