I have been trying to get LA Solar Group to fix the solar panels and my roof tiles for over a year. The manufacturer stepped up after I had to contact them and sent 6 replacement panels (verified by LA Solar). When they arrived, LA Solar stated they were not compatible and so took the new panels and replaced with old second hand panels. They installed these panels. this company does not help. they transfer you to many representatives before hanging up on you. My electrical bills come super high and they do not help or assist. I have been paying about $3000 a month PG&E because the charges come up to about $17,000 a year with the solar panels that is besides the regular monthly payments to LA Solar Group which are over $450 a month I was paying less before the panels were installed and if you call for help they ignore you and do not return your calls. We moved to a home where the solar had already been purchased. Because we were not the ones there when it was set up we needed help understanding how our system works and how we can monitor it. LA Solar helped us coordinate the handoff from the previous owner to us and set up multiple calls to learn more over the phone, plus they came in person very quickly to replace one part of the device. LA Solar installed my system in 2019 and it has been working fantastically well. My system supplies power to a family of three while also charging an EV. I also got a Tesla Powerwall which has helped us be less reliant on the grid while having backup power options should the grid goes down. The staff at LA Solar have been responsive and helpful in the five years that I have had our system in operation. Many thanks, LA Solar.

It was great working with LA Solar group. The estimates were spot on. The set up process was simple. I highly recommend this company. The installation was very quick, thanks to plenty of workers on site, and unobtrusive. It was a pleasure working with ******* (setting up portal) and **** (first contact who got things started). If you recommend someone and the choose to install with LA solar, you will get $500 rebate.

Right now we're not happy campers with our solar project. My wife found them last October as a way to get some relief from ******. We had a few bumps along The road getting the system set up and installed, It is what it is. The reason why the one star review is because of the misrepresentation to us of our solar system project.
