LA Novita ruins Mothers day!!! Bought a gift card and unfortunately my wife just happened to have an appointment later that day. After her service they told her about the gift card, and forced her to use it for the services she just had. No common sense why would they tell her about a gift card purchased two days before Mothers Day!!
