If I could give 10 stars I would. I get compliments on my hair ALL the time and I recommend La Novita to everyone. Cassy is UNBELIEVABLE for hair, truly listens to what I want and nails it every time! I recently had eyelash extension done by Lauren for my wedding and now I'm addicted! Getting them filled tomorrow and I can't wait! Lauren, Marie and Anne did our bridal party hair and make-up and everyone was thrilled! I couldn't have found a more talented salon if I tried! I went for the first time today and was awed!! Cassy was amazing and very friendly. I got a wash, cut and blow dry in half hour!!! She was amazing. I'll definitely return
Friendly service providers, very timely and punctual, fair pricing, and the offer of a glass of wine with your service is always a plus! There just isn't much follow-up about rescheduling future appointments. Great experience with a couple of girls at check-out, confirming next appointment. But when owners were covering desk, and I was checking out, it was purely transactional: paid my bill and left.
